Field Technology Support

Troubleshoot , configure and resolve technical issues with plotters, printers, and network systems.
Provide responsive, and reliable support to a team in fast-paced situations.
Be prepared for the short notice calls to work during fire season in wildfire incident base camps.
Track and manage necessary supplies for the mobile office.
Clean and maintain the mobile office after each workday.

Keep the generator running and ensure a steady power supply.
Work close to incidents, assisting where technology support is needed.

Duties

We are looking for:

A hand-on problem solver who enjoys working with technology.
Easygoing, and ready to support a team in high-pressure situations.
Comfortable with flexible schedules, rugged outdoors conditions, and responding to urgent needs.
Organized and proactive in maintaining equipment and workspace.
